Nobl9 agent (0.114.2-beta)

Here's what changed in the Nobl9 agent 0.114.2-beta:

Elasticsearch support for the direct connection method
Agent crash during BigQuery metric collection when the collection window had zero duration
LogicMonitor queries that return no data points are now treated as successful, so data collection advances past empty time windows
Elasticsearch queries that return no usable values are now reported as successful with a warning, instead of failing
Minor dependency updates
