Integration with Zscaler
The integration lets you create threshold SLOs from Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) application scores, Web Probe measurements, and CloudPath metrics, collected through OneAPI.

Zscaler support includes:

• The agent and direct data source connection methods
• Maximum period for historical data retrieval is 13 days
• Metric discovery for applications, locations, Web Probes, and CloudPath segments
• Supported features:
  • Event logs
  • Query parameters retrieval
  • Test metric
  • Timestamp cache persistence out of the box, with no separate setup required
