fixed Error Budget Status report—the Reliability value precision
We've enhanced the precision and improved the rounding function for the Reliability value displayed in the Error Budget Status report. Now, it reflects reliability with an accuracy of up to 0.001% and does not round the value up. So, the report no longer displays 100% reliability when it's even slightly lower.
