Here's what changed in the Nobl9 agent 0.64.3:

We extended the Datadog plugin with persistent cache functionality. The Nobl9 agent can remember which data points were gathered and sent to Nobl9. In case of a restart, the agent can continue where it left off without generating a gap in data.

Fixed a problem with the Datadog plugin where a query returning multiple timeseries could affect other queries.
