Extended report permissions

Now, more user roles can create and view all reports in the organization. The following roles are granted the View all reports permission:

• All project-level roles
• Organization viewer, integrations user, and responder

Additionally, the Project owner and editor roles, as well as report owners, can edit and delete reports that contain their assigned projects.
