Alert methods
Alert methods are notification channels that Nobl9 will use to send alerts. Whenever there's an incident in your service, Nobl9 will send such a notification to all alert methods configured in the alert policy.
tip
Remember to adjust the notification channel to the type of alert policy. For example, for fast burn policies, where your budget is at immediate risk, you might prefer PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or ServiceNow, which will allow your team to react quickly.
Alert methods such as Slack or Email might be more appropriate for slow-burn policies that don't require immediate attention.
